In the past, paper scrap or straw is used as padding of fragile goods such as wine shipper and ceramic article. However, it’s not neat and shock resistance is not desirable. Padding made of molded fiber is easy for manufacture, uniform in appearance and have good shock absorption.

Paper molded padding is not demanding for raw material and process, and suit for mass production.

Traditionally, EPS are used for most electric appliance as cushioning. However, some developed countries have rejected importing this kind of packaging.

Pulp molded cushioning meet fully packing requirements because of good plasticity and buffering. The manufacturing process is simple and is without pollution.

1. Raw Material: Bagasse pulp, recycled paper pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, or other natural fiber pulp. Color: White,black,brown,red,blue,green or any color as requested. Size: Customized as per request. Technique: Wet press pulp molding/ dry press pulp molding/ (transfer molded/ thermoformed fiber) Thickness: 0.8mm-2mm, depending on techniques and customers' requests.

Pallets made from recycled paper are a suitable substitute for conventional wood pallets and have many advantages over traditional pallets.

Pallets of molded pulp are perfect for single use. They can be especially useful to light product manufacturers, internet shops, logistics companies etc. Their great advantage is easy recycling.Empty pallets are very light (about 2-3 kg) and are very easy to handle. Due to their shape they are also very easy to stack and they do not take up too much space. In spite of their low weight, the pallets of molded pulp offer more than sufficient capacity (up to 250 kg). Pallet resistance against moisture is provided by hydrophobic treatment.

Economical recycled fiber/molded pulp roll cradles are made from recycled corrugated fiber pulp and offer greater strength than similar roll cradles made from newsprint. Available in single- and multiple-roll configurations, they can be used to package products with roll diameters ranging from 3 inches to 50 inches (7.62 cm to 127 cm).
